As expected, Micromax launched its first Android One smartphone exclusively through Amazon.in. Micromax Android One smartphone named as Micromax Canvas A1. It has 4.5-inch FWVGA display and powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of Internal Storage in which 2.1 GB is available for apps and there is no space for mass storage, you have to insert a microSD card for mass storage. Google today launched its Android One smartphones including Spice Dream UNO. Spice Dream UNO now available on Flipkart as promised by the Spice Mobiles. The smartphone has 4.5-inch FWVGA (854*480 pixels) resolution display and powered by 1.3 GHz MediaTek Quad-core processor along with 1 GB of RAM. Google today finally launched its Android One smartphones in India at a launch event held in New Delhi. Google partnered with three Indian Smartphone manufacturer for Android One smartphone. The three members are Spice Mobile, Karbonn and Micromax. All the smartphones have same specification and the only difference is on design and weight. The three new Android One devices are Spice Android One Dream UNO, Micromax Canvas A1 and Karbonn Sparkle V.

All the smartphones have 4.5-inch FWVGA display and powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM. On the photography side, they have 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and 2 MP front facing camera. Spice, Karbonn and Micromax selling their Android One devices exclusively on Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon respectively. Google also announced its new hardware partner for upcoming Android One devices in which Lava, Xolo, Panasonic, HTC, Asus, Lenovo, Alcatel, Intex and Acer are included. The all new Android One smartphones now comes with Qualcomm chipset instead of MediaTek chipsets. Google also announced that Android One users can download 400 MB of free apps of their Android One devices ever month and get timely software update for 2 years and support of offline YouTube.

Ready to Meet Android One on September 15th

Google is all set to introduce its new Android One series in India on September 15th. Google partnered with 3 Indian Manufacturer to launch its Android One based smartphone in India priced under 6k. Micromax, Spice and Karbonn are the first three members of the Android One program. Karbonn's Android One device will be exclusively available on Snapdeal at 15th September and Micromax Android One will be available on Amazon and Spice Android One will available on Flipkart. Spice, Micromax and Karbonn revealed it via their social networking pages on Facebook and Twitter.

Recently the specification of Spice Android One revealed via Flipkart. The Spice Android One named as Spice Android One Dream UNO MI-498. It has 4.5-inch IPS display and powered by 1.3 GHz Quad core MediaTek processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM. It has 5 MP auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and 2 MP front facing camera. It runs on the latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The smartphone is priced at Rs.6999.

How to flash Stock ROM on any MediaTek smartphone via SP flash tool

There are many peoples who want to flash stock ROM or Upgraded firmware or Custom ROM in their smartphone but unable to find the best way to flash. We are with a simple guide to install ROM on your MediaTek based smartphone.

REQUIREMENTS:-

Android Drivers (Click here to Download)
SP Flash Tool (Click here to Download)
Stock or Custom ROM

Step 1:- Make sure that you have downloaded Android Drivers and SP Flash tool.

Step 2:- Download your ROM.

Step 3:- Unzip the downloaded files.

Step 4:- Open Android Driver Install and double click on "AutoRun_Install".

Step 5:- Disconnect your device from your computer.

Step 6:- Open Folder named "Flash Tool" and double click on "Flash_Tool" Application.

Step 7:- Select Scatter_loading Option.

Step 8:- Select file named as "Scatter" eg. "MT6582_Android_Scatter" from the ROM or firmware folder.

Step 9:- If you are upgrading Firmware then Click on "Firmware_Upgrade" or if you are flashing ROM then click on "Download".

Step 10:- Remove battery from your smartphone and connect it via USB cable to your computer.

Step 11:- The Flashing process will started.

Step 12:- The Green Ring will appear, when flashing is complete.

Step 13:- Now insert you battery and Reboot your smartphone.

Congratulation, You successfully flashed ROM on your smartphone.

NOTE:-

Make sure to create a backup of your data and ROM before flashing.
Make sure that you have successfully installed drivers to your computer before flashing.
Don't Interrupt the process during flashing.

Apple finally launched its much awaited flagship smartphone iPhone 6. Apple also unveil its first phablet the Apple iPhone 6 Plus with a bigger 5.5-inch display. The iphone 6 has a brilliant 4.7-inch (750*1334 pixels) resolution Retina HD display. It is powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core processor with A8 chipset based on 64-bit architecture coupled with M8 motion coprocessor. On the photography side it has 8 MP rear camera also called Apple's iSight camera with true tone flash and 1.2 MP front facing camera. Its rear camera is capable of recording slow motion videos at 120 fps or 240 fps. It also have fingerprint identity sensor built in to Home button.

Manish Khatri of Mahesh Telecom posted on its Facebook and twitter page about the device. It is the successor of Samsung S duos series. The new device has 4-inch WVGA display and powered by 1 GHz dual-core processor along with 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of Internal Storage. It has 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and VGA front facing camera. It is backed up with 1500 mAh of battery.
